Nathan Rozsa focuses his practice in the areas of civil and commercial litigation, including matters pertaining to landlord/tenants, homeowners associations, condominium associations, consumer law, and personal injury. Mr. Rozsa has been practicing law since 2008. As a lawyer, Nathan prides himself in “sticking up for the little guy” and tackling difficult or challenging legal issues.

Mr. Rozsa graduated from James Madison University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science and obtained his law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2008. Nathan has also worked for the United States House of Representatives, the lobbying firm of Cassidy & Associates, and the government affairs office of the National Wildlife Federation. Prior to pursuing the practice of law, he taught Chemistry to students with learning disabilities in Fairfax County.

Nathan is licensed to practice in all courts in the Commonwealth of Virginia, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Among other professional associations and memberships, Mr. Rozsa is a member of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, Virginia Bar Association, American Bar Association, and Fairfax Bar Association.

In his spare time, Nathan is an avid music fan.
