Cari Lyn Pierce is an associate handling business formation, nonprofit organizations, and tax-exempt applications. She has experience in tax controversies, representing individuals and small businesses before the IRS and other tax authorities. Cari Lyn has helped numerous taxpayers come into compliance with federal and state tax laws. She has successfully negotiated favorable results for elderly and disadvantaged taxpayers with the IRS. She ably assists clients with lien and levy issues and represents taxpayers before the IRS in appeals and due process hearings. She is skilled at understanding each client's special circumstances allowing her to be the best advocate she can for every client. Cari Lyn also has experience in estate administration and serving as conservator.

Cari Lyn is involved in her community. She volunteered extensively on local Boards handling issues related to local development and historic preservation.
